The Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings is an annual publication that ranks universities worldwide based on several key indicators of academic performance and reputation. The rankings provide a comprehensive overview of the global higher education landscape and are widely recognized as one of the most influential university rankings. To ensure the rankings are accurate, the researchers studied more than 121 million citations from over 15.5 million research papers and got feedback from 40,000 scholars worldwide. They collected massive information, with over 680,000 data points from more than 2,500 participating universities.As per the SASTRA University admission notifications 2023 for B.Tech courses, JEE Main 2023 session 1 results has been released. Candidates can download the same from jeemain.nta.nic.in using their JEE Main application form number and password. CAT 2022 results for admission to MBA courses has been released on the official website, iimcat.ac.in. Candidates can use their user ID and password to check their results. SASTRA University was the first-ever institution to get the status of a deemed university in Tamil Nadu. SASTRA was conferred Deemed-to-be-university status in 2001 by the UGC. SASTRA University also has an off-campus at Kumbakonam, Srinivasa Ramanujan Centre (SRC). The university is also accredited by NAAC with an “A++” grade. University status is accorded to Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. The SASTRA University is recognised by UGC and approved by AICTE. According to the NIRF 2021 Ranking, SASTRA University placed 38th in the engineering category, 17th in the legal category, 50th in the research category, 22nd in the university category, and 42nd overall.SASTRA University courses are offered for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels of education.
